Long-COVID and Employers - what is the impact and what tools can you use to manage it?

I have openly shared my personal story so that others can learn and manage their own situation or perhaps their employees.

The impact is real but we cannot see Long-COVID. The feelings are real but we cannot touch Long-COVID. The symptoms are real but we cannot test for Long-COVID.

Bit of a jolly nuisance to be fair and after 7 months, it's fair to say I am over it. Philosophically though, I continue to learn and continue to share.
