Martin and Team were engaged by Evolution Traffic Management Ltd to review our workplace claims. They used their deep knowledge of ACC process, and our historic data, to find claim anomalies and make practical recommendations. This assisted our inhouse team to manage claims, improve our experience rating, and ultimately to improve our management of risk, and health and safety.

Manage Group were recommended by our accountant to assist us with a very large activity reclassification invoice from ACC.
Dealing with a large faceless bureaucratic organization was not going to be the best use of my or my staffs’ time and it felt like the interactions we were having with ACC were getting us no where.
To top all this off ACC managed to direct debit the full $72k in one hit without any consultation with us - despite the invoice being in dispute.
Sue from Manage Group came in and just owned it. Her energy, attention to detail, absolutely client focused approach was nothing short of amazing.
We owe a large debt of gratitude to Sue and the team at Manage Group for the tenacity with which she pursued and resolved the issue.
Ultimately Sue successfully challenged the substantial increase to the classification unit, arranged a full refund of the direct debit taken without permission, confirmed and had ACC apply the correct classification unit, and set up an interest free payment plan for the remaining debit.
She managed to reduce a $72k invoice to $9k, for a very friendly cost.
I cannot recommend more highly Sue and Manage Group.

We first worked with Martin when we encountered some ACC issues. At the time we were working with another company who had a good system but it was like a ‘one size, fits all’ approach. There was no accountability, meetings weren’t happening on time and they really had no idea of what we really did. We then approached Manage Company, and from the very start they were brilliant - they removed anything that was really just paper for papers sake, and took a practical approach to it. They adapted to what we already had in place, and then steadily built upon that, meaning we didn’t have to start from scratch again. The accountability part was critical for us, because as we have sadly experienced on the back of a serious incident - a death on our site, it really does highlight the importance of accountability, of having monthly meetings and taking it seriously. It has also shown us the real need for the processes to be alive within the business, not just words on a wall. On the back of this incident, Martin has been handling this very professionally through a tough time. All in all, we have learnt most of the work in Health and Safety should be preventive in nature and not incident focused. With this I commend Martin and Manage Company for the work they have done with us.

We recently subscribed to the Manage Claims Toolkit and received their personal in-house training on how best to manage our workplace claims and Experience Rating. The training was tailored to our business and very practical and cost effective.
