Tōtika – Do’s & Don’ts with Registration
* You must choose from 3 providers: Qualify 365; +Impac Prequal; or SHE PreQual.
* Check the different attempt numbers you are permitted by the provider you choose – the more the better!
* Check that the provider is willing to give you the information at the time of audit to take you to the next level if required.
* There are different levels of audit; talk to us as we may be able to get you approved as a lower-level provider. It is not always cut and dry which level is applicable (example could be that you use contractors, however there are variable levels of contractors; what they are doing and the number of them used regularly).
* Remember, if information is manufactured at the time of audit (i.e. fudged) you have to continue using this info for the next audit, (if you say it make sure you do it).
* Do a pre audit before you pay to get a Tōtika audit completed – small investment but will save you a huge amount of time.
* If you do not have all the systems in place talk to us first, get the correct systems / processes in place before proceeding with the application. This could be as simple as getting some wording changes done. Ensure this is done prior to audit.
* Don’t be overwhelmed or in a panic, we can quite often get you working for a particular client or job before the process is complete.
