ACC Submission for 2023 - 2025

ACC has just finished its consultation on the levies for 2023 - 2025.

In short, ACC makes a series of recommendations that it is legally required to get public opinion on. It is a worthwhile exercise as over the 10 years we have been doing submissions, quite a few of our ideas and feedback has been taken up and implemented.

This consultation has a few things we are strongly opposed to including increasing the Experience Rating penalties and the proposed inclusion of a Mortality Modifier - or Death Penalty as we like to more accurately call it.
