ACC Invoicing from July

Yes, everyone’s favourite time!

Well, to be honest it is our favourite time of the year because this is where we get to shine. ACC does all the marketing and we provide the savings. Perfect match.

There are a few things to watch out for this year.

  • 2021 / 22 Payroll - what have you budgeted for? If it’s less than what ACC has used to set your provisional invoice then you can change this

  • Payment Plans - historically, far too many businesses have been using the 10 month payment plan with fees attached. Just because ACC says it only cost 5.4% flat fee - this is very misleading as it actually equates to 11.75% interest!! This year ACC have cut the fee in half which we think is about time. Better still, there is a 6 month no fee option…

  • 1st Week Payments - if you have had staff off due to workplace claims and you have paid part or full first week payments, these can be offset against your liable payroll
