Incident Investigation Training including Root Cause analysis (Unit Standard 17601). Delivered via Teams. Pricing includes registering the participants with NZQA which costs $120 per person ($20 per credit).

  • Know how an incident investigation is conducted

  • Know how an effective incident investigation report is written.
